An amount between 3,000 to 4,000 is being deducted from me on a daily basis. The issue being shown is something like 'splat_use_case_3976'. The amount is being deducted from COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions. I'm facing a big financial loss. Since such amounts were deducted, I’m thinking of closing my Amazon account. Someone please help me—why is this amount being deducted from me?

Excess weight issue and this deducted money is weight handling fee + fine for repeated violation for excess weight issue. One can find it in reports - custom reports - excel files with details. Yes being a seller is in itself is a crime. Customer is enjoying all the benefits.

you might have input wrong dimension and weight for all the orders. that is why, amazon has taken the charges and it is non refundable. Today I confirmed with the seller support.

This is creating a huge trust issue with Amazon. I don't understand this. It should be simple and easy to understand what is being cut for what reason and connected to what ASIN.
Why they make it too tough to ear. If they wanted to ear, they should not make it free fees announcement. I feel it looted.
