Can you clarify closing your store? Did you follow the account closure process to permanently close the store, or did you stop selling? Was there a deactivation of the account? We have very limited visibility in this space outside what is provided here.

However i still get emails and charges for stock that is not there and even if i try to do a removal order on it, it shows no units to remove.
