Brand Registry Application is Ineligible - Brand Registry
Hi, 2 days ago I tried to register my trademark but get reply with status " Ineligible".
I realized that I had haven't uploaded the ordering contract and invoice to prove the manufacturing, but there is no way to complete the application process at the moment.
So I appeal through the brand registry homepage to upload these two documents and a Letter of Authorization that can prove I have an agreement.
For now there is no update over this case. Please kindly help to push this case ( id: 13846101861 ) forward. Thank you. @Sandy_Amazon

Hello @Seller_0phdJBSP6xbQu,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to assist with your Brand Registry enrollment appeal. Thank you for providing the case ID to your appeal as this made it much easier to locate the case and review.
It looks like you closed the case using the "close this case," button a day after you submitted your appeal, then applied to the case to reopen it, but closed it again 3 days later. From what I can see, the appeal was not live long enough to be reviewed.
The only path forward is to use the "Appeal," button in the Brand Applications section of Brand Registry and allow enough time for the team to investigate and respond. For some additional context in why your application was found to be ineligible, please click on the red "Ineligible," status from the Brand Applications page. This will provide 6 potential reasons for ineligibility and you can ensure you are meeting requirements in each of those areas before you appeal again, which will give you the best chance at changing your ineligible status.
Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best, Dougal
