Lost feature offer eligibility in my primary category. Will it ever come back?
I believe I lost my feature offer eligibility in my primary selling category because my ODR went above 1% for about 3 days.
This was due to a buyer leaving negative feedback directed at Amazon asking for a review immediately upon package delivery (they can't figure out how to remove now).
And another buyer opening an A to Z claim the second a return was delivered to me because he wasn't immediately refunded (erratic buyer, non stop messages, complaining about a miniscule issue - was happy to refund).
Since then my ODR has dipped below 1% for the last 3 days. My feature offer eligibility has not been restored and knowing Amazon I doubt it will be.
Anyone had a similar experience and can share if their eligibility ever was restored? I am at my wits end with Amazon's BS and their utterly useless seller support.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you lost the featured offer eligibility. Once you get your metrics back in line, then you should become eligible again, however, it may take some time to get it back. Just ensure that you are doing all you can to keep your metrics within target.
