Fake Reviews and Click Fraud

As the title states I have experienced a malicious fake review and click fraud. I have a new product with no reviews so this 1 star rating is ruining my sales potential. The same day the review showed up I experience all my ad spend had been used up within just a few hours when it usually lasts all day. I made a case and was told to report the violation to the community help amazon email. From my understanding and research on this I shouldn't expect any help from this email. What options do I have to fix this problem?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand you have concerns with one of your reviews. I have reviewed the ASIN in your account and see that their must have been a one star review, but noting is displaying as far as text. I would reach out to community-help@amazon.com again and ask them to fix that portion of the detail page so that it no longer shows the one star review as there is no text. If you still need help after reporting this, please create a new post and select 'Manage Buyer Experience' then 'Product Reviews' and provide them with any case ID you have on the issue so they can look into this further for you.

Regarding your Ad issue, you will need to contact the Product Ads team and if you need help after contacting them, create a new post under 'Grow Your Business' and 'Advertising'.
