Fine Jewelry Application Denied - Unable to Reapply
I started this process for Fine Jewelry approval roughly 5 months ago. It is nothing but a headache. My application is denied, and I have NO idea why. I have contacted customer services and they are also unable to find out why the application was denied. To make matters worse, the button to "Reapply" doesn't seem to be working. I'd think that next step (because I have no other type of feedback form Amazon) would be to start a NEW application, but my jewelry was already sent to the lab in NYC, that along took a couple of months! And of course, customer services has no idea about the process that involves to sell fine jewelry here at Amazon; and therefore, unable to help. Hopefully someone from customer services here in the US can jump in and help me. This has been a terrible process, with very little to almost zero support from Amazon. Is anybody else going through this?

Thanks for bringing this discussion to forums @Seller_tGP1Q6sA3Hasd- while other seller's chime in with their experience, I did want to advise that certain products, categories and brands will require approval to sell in.
Sometimes, applications are no longer being accepted for certain products, and if the 'Request approval' button is not working through your Selling Applications dashboard, it means your account does not currently meet the criteria needed to apply to sell the product in question. If your account becomes eligible to sell this product, you will see "Apply to sell" next to the product in the "Add Products" feature in Seller Central.
There is some background on the necessary account requirements on this page, if that proves helpful.
Best regards,
Danny
