I applied for brand registry but declined many time and i got a notification from amazon team message was :- no trademark name same as brand registry name but I put same name as trademark name.

We are unable to give you the applicant's name, but we asked them to contact you. To give the applicant approval to enrol T K ENTERPRISES in the Amazon Brand Registry, provide them with the verification code listed below. If you do not want to grant access, do not provide the code. After the brand is enrolled with the correct rights owner, they can enrol additional users with limited or customized roles.

I HAVE GOT CODES BELOW WHICH I HAVE NOT SHARED CONSIDERING COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.

WHO DO I CORDINATE WITH AND HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

I applied for a brand registry but it was rejected 5 times. as per amazon rejection reason is (We were unable to identify proof of your brand entity based on the documents provided). I have checked twice from trademark authority they said i can use my TM and process with brand registry. Please look into the matter
