Unfair 1-star review related to shipping

I would like to discuss a pressing concern that has recently come to light. A customer left a 1-star review due to not receiving their product, a situation that is outside my direct control as shipping and handling are managed by Amazon. While I have several 5-star reviews that reflect the quality and reliability of the product, I am worried about the impact this lone 1-star review could have on my product's reputation and customer satisfaction. It misleads potential buyers since it does not pertain to the product itself but to a logistical issue that I have no control over. Amazon deleted the review, but kept the 1 star.

Yes, I have attempted multiple approaches to remove the rating.
First, I opened a case on Seller Central. Their response was that I should report the review from the product detail page. However, since Amazon has hidden the review and only retained the rating, I replied that I was unable to do so because the reporting option is only available when a review is visible.
Second, I asked within the same case if they could display the review so that I could report it. Their response was that Amazon policy does not allow reviews to be shown when a product has received a one-star rating. However, I know this is incorrect, as I have seen multiple instances of one-star ratings with visible reviews on Amazon.com.
Third, they advised me to contact community-help@amazon.com for further assistance. I have sent three emails to this address but have not received any response.
Given these circumstances, I am reaching out as a last resort, as I am unsure of any other avenues to request the removal of this rating.

At this time Amazon may not share any specific steps taken on the Product Review but I will see what escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
