Why can't the Not a verified purchase review be deleted?
A customer who has never bought my product gave me a one-star bad review, saying that the product was damaged when he received it.
Amazon has marked the review as "Not a verified purchase“, and it is obvious that he did not buy any product from me.
I applied to delete the review, but Amazon has not processed it.
I can’t understand how Amazon can’t do justice to me with such fake reviews.
What else can I do?

Thank you for your concern about the product review. Customers can review any product on Amazon, regardless of where they purchased it. This policy applies to all reviewers who meet our Community Guidelines eligibility criteria.
Reviews are not limited to Amazon purchases. Our policy allows for a wider range of product feedback.
