FBA inbound Oversize Boxes
We just got dinged for shipping two cases of oversized box ( Over 25") to FBA. These are OEM cases and none of the sizes for each box exceeds 25" .
For reference 1st box measurements are 25" x 21 x 17 and 2nd box 23 3/4" x 23 3/4" x 15".
FBA warehouse staff measured both boxes at 27" and 28". I have confirmed that the above measurements are correct - Had my staff take measurements while I took photos in different angles showing none of the sides exceeds 25" . These OEM case sizes are also clearly indicated in the manufacturers catalog.
The issue is there's no place to upload the photos to dispute this. I've tried disputing the 1st box but of course I dispute was rejected. I hate to acknowledge that we are at fault just so that we can continue to ship FBA when clearly this isn't the case.
Would appreciate any feedbacks.

Boxes containing multiple standard-size items or oversized items must not exceed 25.00 inches on any side. A box may only exceed the 25.00 inch limit if it contains oversize units that measure longer than 25.00 inches. Boxes that are excessively large relative to the oversize units (exceeding the 2 inches of cushioning recommended above) may be subject to restriction of shipping privileges, additional fees, or refusal at a fulfillment center.
Was this one unit per box or was this multiple units per?
