money has been deducted from my credit card but account not activated

i just registered on seller central, i'm new to amazon fba and my money has been deducted from my credit card but its still showing as invalid charge method.

You must have a valid credit card on file -- true credit card, not debit.

Even though Amazon may successfully deduct fees from a debit card, it still will not serve to activate your account.

It sounds like you may have signed up with a debit card, which was then charged the initial fee of $39.99. However, you will need to have a valid credit card on file to get your card verified.

You may also request a refund of the $39.99 by downgrading your account to the Individual plan by following the instructions on this page and then opening up a case with Seller Support.
