Same Product but different Listing Page Publication
Good Morning!
I have a product with 2 variation (Only color)
I started selling 2 weeks ago, I my variation are published in different ways. One as Buy Box, and the other NOT.
The products are exactly the same with same price, only different colors.
The way AMZ is publishing is not allowing me to sell the version that is not in BUY Box.
Does anyone know how ti fix this?
I tried to talk with AMZ, but they are always telling me that my listings are perfect, but one of them wasn't choose to be part of a buy box.
I really need to have both version as Buy box, if not I'm not selling one of my version.

Good Evening @Seller_ehn172dVP0VY3 - I just wanted to check in with you to see if you still need some assistance with figuring out why some of your listings are not eligible to be the featured offer?
If you have a Selling Partner Support case ID (which it sounds like you might), I can begin investigating the issue more thoroughly.
I also have a few help pages about how to improve your chances of being the featured offer and why a listing may become ineligible.
