Michelle at Amazon here. If you are updating the UPC on your listing, you would be required to create a new ASIN as each ASIN is only supposed to have one UPC. If you create a new listing, you can guide your customers to your new listing with the Newer Version widget. Unfortunately, with creating a new ASIN, you will not retain your reviews.
