Brand approval for a new product
My request for brand approval for a new product has been declined three times now. After being declined the second time, I requested some further clarification as to what the issue was and it turned out that the capitalization of the brand name and logo on the box need to be exact.
I updated my brand name in the listing to match the brand logo exactly but I was still rejected. I have the brand name and logo printed directly onto the box as the product is too thin to have the logo on it. I currently have a trademark pending but would like to get brand approval before applying for brand registry.
I provided three different photos taken with my smart phone on my kitchen bench and one in my hand. One of the photos shows the branded box with the product sitting on the bench next to it (it's a laser cut sign that will be mounted on a wall).
The latest case number is 13315444721.
Any advice on how to get my approval through or obvious mistakes I'm making would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing is that you can NOT just 'change' the brand name in the listing.
Here is my template for the most common Brand Registry issues that I have seen. And then I will tag the MODS to see if they can help.
Is your Brand registered (or applied for) with the USPTO?
Amazon is admitting applicants under CERTAIN conditions when only filed but not granted.

“To be eligible for Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have an active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enroll or have a pending trademark application filed through Amazon IP Accelerator. Brand Registry is also accepting brands that have a trademark pending registration in a subset of trademark offices.”
Additionally, IF you ever get an actual TM (if you don’t now) when Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
Thanks to Sandy_Amazon for letting us all know that Brand Registry applications are also space sensitive.

They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
What is the EXACT BRAND (as GRANTED) on the USPTO site? Is it the EXACT same as the Brand on the Amazon account AND the brand on the packaging?
What is the name of the Owner (REGISTRANT) on the USPTO site? Is it the EXACT same name as the owner of the Amazon account?
If it is NOT exactly the same you will need to show some proof that the two are the same. As I recall, I had to submit my LLC State Registration with MY name as the owner of the LLC since my Amazon account is under a different LLC name.
The OWNER of the Brand is the one that MUST enter into the Brand Registry agreement. If the owner is not the same as the Amazon seller the seller will have to be granted access by the owner.

The last response from Amazon was confusing, the verbiage states " Investigator approved the brand name________," but the application was marked as declined in your dashboard.
I recommend applying again with all caps and the same photo used on your response in case 13315444721 on 7/19/23.
Another option would be to open a new seller support case stating that you were approved for your brand name in case 13315444721, but the application shows as declined in your seller application dashboard.
Please let me know which direction you go with and I can follow along.
