Amazon warehouse lost my inventory of 237 pcs

I created a shipment on December 15,2023, but until now amazon do not receive my product and all my products of 237 pcs were lost. The carrier said the package delivered to amazon warehouse timely.

I created a case to solve this issue, but I do not get an answer. My case ID is:14707672321. @Steve_Amazon
