Upload 8 images
1- Product Image on weight scale
2,3 and 4- Product Height, Length and breadth of the product
5- Product image with open outer packing (Box preferred) on weight scale (Product should be seen)
6,7 and 8 - Product Height, Length and breadth of the product in the shipping box
and mention the ASIN of it on all the photos + upload in ZIP File with the image name renamed to ASIN
Don't use a parcel bag because it is really hard to determine the right size and you will get multiple clawback rejections
keep checking with them everyday whether clawback dispute got approved or denied
Be persistent, they will reject multiple times because of incorrect images, click new ones, improve and submit again.
eventually you will get all of this back, but you have only time of 45 days since this report, so beaware.
