Cannot access account settings
In attempting to correct an address error, I'm running into this issue when trying to access our account settings:

Thing is, doesn't matter the time of day or day itself, this is always the case, going back months. It's always having technical difficulties. Attempting to go further into submenus under account overview tells me I do not have permissions to view that page, which is wrong. I've managed to get into those pages once or twice in a year.
I've tried two different browsers, clearing cache, cookies, incognito, doesn't matter. What gives?

Are you logged in under the primary user?
Have you opened a case with Seller Support on this to see if they can help troubleshoot? If not, I would recommend doing so and providing these same screen shots to them for their review. If you have already, would you mind sharing the case # below and I'll take a look at the issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided to this point.

As secondary user you can't access all settings, especially if it concerns "Deposit Method" and the elementary access settings like primary email or phone number. What proves once again that "buying" a seller account is lost money.
