Customer got refund twice on same order
Hi, Can we get a mod's help out here.
Customer retruned an order 113-1371918-6583469, We issued a refund. customer went ahead and opened A-Z claim and Amazon went ahead and refunded again.
Items total: $20.00
Shipping total: $5.00
Tax total: $1.16
Refunds total: -$52.32
Grand total: --$26.16 No idea how customer could get twice a refund on same order but this is the issue here.
We opened 2 cases
ID 15208455951 & ID 15136117621, however all it says on it is transfered & we havnt heard back since.

Thank you for surfacing this here on the forums @Seller_foguf9n0AvtdH-- chiming in to confirm I am taking a look into the provided case IDs. Double refunds are definitely not the goal.
While I look, be sure to check the A-to-z Claims section of your account if no response was received through the case IDs. Also, did you submit an appeal against the claim already, or just create the cases? If not, I would recommend doing so.
