Query Regarding E-Invoicing for FBA Shipments through ATS

Hello Amazon Seller Community,

We recently became eligible for e-invoicing and have updated our login credentials on the Amazon Tax Settings page accordingly. However, we've encountered an issue when creating shipments to FBA through ATS (Amazon Transportation Services). The delivery challan generated is not an e-invoice.

Could someone please guide us on what steps we should take? Should we manually create an e-invoice from our end, or is there a specific process we need to follow to ensure that the delivery challan generated through ATS is in compliance with e-invoicing requirements?

Any insights or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,

I recently read an email from Amazon regarding the same issue, it stated we have to create an e-invoice from our end.

I'm attaching the screenshot, you will receive this mail once you create a consignment and ship through Amazon

ATS will do at their own end before picking shipment from your warehouse
