I just created our new seller account, but here is a problem in submit Tax Identity Information. It told us that we submitted information successfully, but tax information need to be submitted still here. We have tried several times, we can move to next. Anyone met this problem?

Running into this problem as well. I have been prompted to enter information on the same form several times, its as if the form isn't submitting when it says it is.

My store was opened yesterday. I submitted tax information several times and it kept prompting me to submit it, just like you. However, when I checked today, it was gone. It should be an Amazon bug.

Do not submit the document before the start date, that can cause this I was told by my insurance company.

I have been trying to figure out amazon seller for some time. Seems like it takes a while for submitted items to register with the platform. If you submit something and your receive confirmation, just give it some time. Check the next day to see if the notification is still there.
