My goods have not been accepted and put on the shelves since they were delivered to the warehouse on May 15. The time for applying for investigation has been postponed from May 25 to May 29. The customer service also said that manual reminders cannot be made. What should I do? It takes too long to wait. I have nothing left to sell.

today is May 26, that is ONLY 11 days. You have to downgrade your expectations. Personally I am waiting a check in for one specific shipment more than 40 days. That's exceptionnal, but it happens. But 11 days is nothing in Amazon time.
