Baseless trademark infringement claims
Hello,
We received the following complaint which seems to be a clear " tortious interference with contract "
VILAIN pose as the " right owner" while stating " nobody owns the trademark in the US"
VILAIN says that since our trademark is still pending , then our US listings should be removed.
We (or affiliated companies) own the ' HK GAMING' trademark registration in more than 10 countries, including many amazon countries like Japan, Mexico, Australia, France, Netherlands, etc...
We ( or affiliated companies) own the application for the standard character ' HK GAMING' trademark in 5-8 more jurisdictions. Amazon brand registry does have most if not all those trademark added to our amazon brand registry account. Why is such a baseless claim going through ?

They are claiming to be the Brand owner and representative when the trademark status is still "Pending" Kindly remove there listing as they are not suppose to Claim a trademark which is not owned by anyone. tldr is: somebody pretend to be the right owner while stating that nobody own the trademark in the US , therefore our ASIN should be nuked because our trademark is still in the applied status in the US

What documentation do you have that verifies you have ownership over this intellectual property in the US? You mentioned it was pending registration? If you are the owners of the brand HK Gaming, we will need this proof or if you are not the brand owner, that you have a letter of authorization issued by HK Gaming themselves.
Have you provided your proof of ownership or registration to dispute the situation? Do you have any related cases where this information was provided?
