FBA shipments lost in warehouse, my request for investigation denied
I am lost of what to do. I have proof that I shipped my items to the warehouse and couldnt believe they kept confirming that I basically shipped an empty box into FBA. When I tried to open an investigation, it says its been rejected and denied. I was not able to even send in a bill of lading or proof of delivery to them.
