Yes, this happened to us as well, and you might switch to your own ecommerce website. Amazon is enjoying this because he doesn't care about the seller; instead, he focuses on the customer so that they can self-sell those products. If you opt out, that's their strategy; you're on board to increase that product sale

call buyer again tell him to pay or return at once or you lodging police complaint ... besides you can discuss your lawyer & later take action on Amazon & buyer., But in your casewe guess as item is refunded & not returned to you in 50 days you will be refunded

This is not amazon its basically the third part outsource company where they have given their selling and buying support. Their IQ is extremely low and no ethical practice. Total nonsense and brainless people are there even at higher designation also.

If I am not mistaken your product has been delivered to buyer and amazon has also processed the refund. I can help you out with this.

Can you please share me few details the name of the product sale value and shipping mode was easy ship or self ship

If self ship than was the product delivered with in the amazon system assign time lines

My advice -

never ever sell costly items on amazon.....

there are lot of fraud customers on amazon who are 100% chor.... and amazon is never going to help the seller, as their policy is customer is always right even if he is a fraud....and why would amazon care.. they make money on fraud orders also (through courier fees, commission, refund fees, etc.)

that is the reason why most people who are selling on amazon are selling sasta products... because they know minimum 10%-20% orders will be rejected/returned/refunded

yes, very true..amazon is worst..we did marketing and now we are in negative balance of 15k for 4months..we were new startup...till now we have not received single profit only thatmuch amout which we get in gst and some penny amount in bank..rest we are paying debt to amazon...amazon easy ship breaks our product and doesnt give amount which we can recover the loss.. amazon is looting sellers, our products are not ranking to rank we have to do advertising.. amaozn charges uper high fees on that shuper hig easy ship fees, their customer support is carelss and worst..safety claim ateam is suttborn.. we are in loss and pain..... amazon doesn tlisten to seller and they have very dirty policies
