Certified Bank Letter
Hi everyone,
We have been going around in an endless loop with Amazon over them keep requesting banking documents, the latest being a certified bank letter.
We have provided them with numerous bank documents (staments, transactions, IBAN) from the bank verifying the account details but they insist in requesting a "certified bank letter" and have now deactivated our account!
We are with Millennium BCP and would have thought that this would have been a simple verification but has been going on for weeks now and as the account is deactivated until resolved we are not only losing sales but the verification team seems simply unreachable.
We have tried both the contact center and the health account team, but they claim its not up to them and they cannot help with this topic, we have emailed directly the verification uk team and the appeal team for appealing and finding a resolution, but they seem to take no notice of.
Has anybody else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

First off, let's ensure that the resources and necessary steps taken apply to the US marketplace for your seller account as we are communicating in the US seller Forums.
Please review your charge method and confirm valid charge method is added meeting these requirements for verification:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GUQLF3C3HXXXERLC
Next steps will involve following these requirements for your bank account/deposit methods:
Add, update, view, and verify your bank account information
Following the requirements above are critical on your path forward to reinstatement, along with the steps provided in the original performance notification received.
Feel free to follow-up here with any additional questions you may have.
Best,
Sonny

This might help: Contact your bank and ask for the verification department, they will send you a letter for about $25, via email, certifying the names and addresses of the individuals who can manage that account. Make a PDF online and include this letter in front of your bank statement. Submit the pdf.

Contact you bank for a ACCOUNT STATEMENT which show the name address bank logo, or download the ACCOUNT STATEMENT in you bank account, it is very simple!
