Does Amazon put shipments of the same SKU in different warehouses at the same time?

I've set up different addresses on the frontend to browse, and some items are all available for delivery before Christmas, and some items will show up differently depending on the address!

Yes they do. This is how Amazon is able to deliver orders in two days and sometime by the next day.

This is why when shipping more than one case to FBA they will sometime provide labels for two or more locations.
