You need approval to list this ASIN - but I am the Manufacturer and Owner of the Brand

We manufacture these products, which very few people in the world can produce.

Our brand is trademarked in many countries (including the USA).

We have sent these products to Amazon warehouses multiple times and sold them through FBA. All of our ratings are 5 stars. We have been manufacturing and selling this product for years.

Today, when I tried to create a new shipment plan, I encountered this error for the first time.

There is no warning or notification regarding this issue in my store account or emails.

I contacted Seller Support to continue selling my products made under my trademarked brand, but they were unable to assist me.

I would like to thank anyone who can help with this issue in advance

"You need approval" means approval from Amazon, not from the brand owner (you).

Don't you see a button "Apply to sell"?
