Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box
Hello,
FBA reporting inaccurate item quantity in box. Can anyone provide any guide on how to go about the best course of action after already launching an investigation?
I sent in my FBA shipment about a month ago and recently seen a discrepancy on my account saying "Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box". that particular box had 10 items listed in it. The items were all counted, packed, and shipped in that box. All labeled and ready to scan with FNSKU on each individual item. There is NO WAY POSSIBLE that the items they are claiming are not present in that exact shipment is not in the box. I sent 4 more boxs with the same items 10 items each box.
amazon send me 3 true or false questions to resolve this problems, what do i need to answer them ?
I really need all my products to be accounted for. I hope this is done with good faith

Same issue I received. Amazon insisted that 11 items weren’t included inside the box or boxes they received. I appealed it and was rejected and I proved that the count was accurate because the scale proved it. I sent two boxes with 125 quantities in each and they both weighted the same weight. Amazon workers are messing up and Amazon isn’t taking accountability. Not dealing with FBA. I requested for all FBA to be returned back to my warehouse. Issues like this shouldn’t happen. This very sloppy and irresponsible of Amazon to countlessly do this to sellers. Someone warned me about this and boom they did it.

Amazon just did the same thing to us. We shipped 12 items in 1 box. The box is custom to fit all 12 items. Then they say 12 items were missing in the box. Essentially saying I shipped them an empty box that weighed 15 pounds. I can't wait until the CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS start because this is unacceptable the way Amazon conducts and rubberstamps their investigations.
