Handmade uk changed to professional for no reason
please can anyone help?
I have emailed about 50 times in the last month. Done online chat. Phoned up for help.
Amazon will not help me or explain anything.
I listed 1 item- handmade- and it was approved. I sent video etc and it was approved. I set up FBA. Sent 20 items. 5 have sold.
Somehow- And no explanation- I am being charged £30 Uk a month professional seller fees. I have done nothing different.
I complained to handmade appeal and Amazon seller- they send poor responses- and do not explain why handmade has been revoked.
They have now charged 2 more £30 so I am missing £90.
I cannot get anyone to explain why they are suddenly charging. I don’t know what has changed or why?
Anyone else assist?

Many sign up for the professional selling plan without realising it, as that is the default option.
Maybe you had an introductory 3 months free and are now being charged for it?
Go into your account settings and downgrade your plan and keep on at SS
