Listing a book on Amazon - error 8572
We're listing our book we manufactured ourselves on Amazon. The ISBN we bought stated that the publisher we should list is Staten House. When creating the product listing I listed Staten House as the publisher, and now Amazon is showing error 8572 and I've been directed to a seemingly infinite loop in their internal team. Can I just backtrack and say that our brand is the publisher? It seems it would've been much easier from the start if we did that.
