Registering For Brand Registry (IP Accelerator Route)
Hi everyone,
A legal firm from IP Accelerator recently filed my trademark about a week ago, and has indicated they updated the information about this trademark on the Brand Registry portal they have access to. Do I go ahead and register for Brand Registry now and Amazon will match up my application to what the legal firm has put into the system, or do I wait for an email invitation from Amazon to Brand Registry as I have seen mentioned?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. Did the law firm you work with specifically state they would create the application for you?
For the resources I have available, you should be creating the Brand Registry enrollment application since I expect you (or your business) is listed as the Current Owner of the Trademark.
There are plenty of resources for how to complete your application, but here are the ones I think are best:

- Brand Registry application business information
- Amazon Brand Registry, specifically the Seller University video under the "Enroll your brand," section
The most important things to remember is the 1. TM should be live on USPTO. This is an open source website so you can verify this by searching your TM Registration # and 2. What you input in your Brand Registry application should match the "Current Owner(s) Information," tab in USPTO.
I could also check to see if an application is already live, but I need at least the TM registration #. Not something you should provide here, but if you have a current case ID with Seller Support that has that number in it, I can grab it from there. Just list the case ID number here.
