Scheduled LTL Delivery Date (at HIA1) is over 3 weeks from Pickup Date using Central Transport CTII, Amazon's partnered carrier!
Contacted CTII and they said I have to contact Amazon to get the delivery date moved up. Right now my pallet is sitting in CTII's warehouse. It was picked up from my warehouse on 10/28. But it isn't scheduled to be delivered to HIA1 until 11/22.
I'm running out of product, and I need the pallet delivered by the 15th.
Shipment ID is FBA18JJG9J83.
Any help moving up the date would be much appreciated!

From what I've read on the forums, this is normal behavior. (we stopped shipping LTL years ago).
Do you have other stock that you can list FBM?

I was suggesting that you add an FBM offer and then ship those from your warehouse -- not sending them to FBA.
As far as the note from Amazon -- write back and plainly tell them they didn't understand what you were saying. Just lay it out again, maybe in bullet points to make it simple.

We are seeing that HIA1 is on average 28 days. We are in NJ less than 50 miles away.
Any news on the bigger picture for this location?
