Using DropBox to host Amazon Images

I am using DropBox to host the images that I use on Amazon, and its behaving erratically. Sometimes they ALL load from the file fine, it lists the products in the catalog with images, BUT other times the processing reprot says they all had 403 errors, not able to download the images! WHY??? Why can it find the images only sometimes? And to make matters worse, when it finds them, the images are loaded to Amazon catalog, and when it cant, they are removed! Why would it remove them?

It maddening. Where else can you host images that Amazon likes?

Hi there @Seller_24da0WCvwBLQM,

I'm not able to troubleshoot what is happening with your Dropbox files, however you should be able to upload your files in bulk using the Bulk Image Upload tool. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Have a great day.

Having a similar problem and wondering if their is a new compatibility issue with Dropbox since they recently changed their shared architecture structure. The sharable links have changed to include an 'rlkey' and Amazon returns 403 errors on all images now. Seller Support's latest reply to us was "to use a more reliable service, such as AWS".
