Like a lot of people on here I am having issues with disbursemnts.
I've tried emailing the UK MD and jeff@amazon.com and am no further forward.
Does any one know what the formal complaints process for Amazon is?

beyond seller support no matter what Amazon say, I have never been able to ascertain a complaints process (they don’t actually publicly promote those md emails so you can’t class that as a complaints process) and have been here since 2017.
There is mediation process (just search mediation)
