Hi @Seller_zCTL4YWolvDaG,

Indy from Amazon here. Thank you for reaching out. I've taken a look at your account, and can see you have a recent reply from Seller Support providing next steps to remove your account from dormancy. You will need to update your charge method to a valid payment card.

Are you also able to provide a screenshot of your global dashboard here? I'm not able to find a view that includes the UK showing "Terminated" in current state.

Please let me know!

Thank you,

Indy

Hi @Seller_zCTL4YWolvDaG,

Thank you for your patience on a reply. I've looked more closely at your account, and I can see that the US and Canada marketplaces are still displaying the individual plan selection.

This is likely the reason the error code below is being pulled for the Build International Listings page.

The Seller University videos show a detailed walkthrough on how to set up your international account, and will be helpful as a starting point. Please let me know if you have more questions after completing the necessary steps outlined in the video.

Thank you,

Indy
