Creating a removal order with file upload. Keep getting error message.
I am trying to create a removal order for some items that somehow ended up in the DE marketplace (don't even get me started on that). We are in the UK.
I was advised to create a removal order by uploading an order removal file. I downloaded the template, filled it in and uploaded but I keep getting an error message stating that the label for the post code field is invalid.
i.e. Error - Invalid label "AddressPostalCode".
I am using Amazon's template so how can this label be incorrect?
I have been back and forward with support but as usual, totally useless. Beyond useless this time actually so I'm turning to you guys for help.
Has anyone come across this issue before?

I don’t think Amazon will send back stock to a different country than where it is located.

Hi,
Cross-border removal orders to/from the UK are disabled.
Inventory stored in any Amazon EU fulfilment centre can only be returned to European addresses.

Hello @Seller_GK5kQEXpZI6fr
Thanks for your post.
Regarding FBA items, they'll be returned to the country of purchase, so no additional customs duties for customers.
However, as mentioned by @Seller_f5cnodyVjLD4S, you can't create removal orders between specific countries (e.g., DE, FR, IT, ES, PL, CZ to UK, vice versa).
For removal order steps, please click here.
Pay closer attention to the parts: How will I have my cross-border inventory returned and If items need to be returned from the Fulfillment Centre or directly from a customer, will these items be subject to tariffs on their return?
Keep us updated or if you have more questions!
Regards, Ezra
