Phone Issue "Internal failure Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again."

We are unable to reach Amazon support for assistance with our shipment issue. We keep receiving the error message: "Internal failure. Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again." when trying to call.

We were able to make a call last Friday, Feb 14, but now we can’t get through when following up. Can someone help us resolve this? Or could you share the steps you took to fix this issue?

We have already submitted a case, but we haven’t received a response for a long time.
