Why can't I lost my listing editing authority as I am the sole owner of my brand?

I can't edit my listings in US market. It's said The attributes you have requested updates on has already been claimed by another representative of the brand the ASIN is currently listed under.
But I am the sole brand owner of my product, there's no other one to claim it. I opened multiple cases and it's said maybe it's some other marketplaces that gets my listing editing permissions and maybe it's under the same Amazon ID. But I checked other marketplaces, I haven't upload any single listings there. How am I gonna solve this?

Hey @Seller_LMccm8c3CGIjW, thank you for providing your case ID - I see that it is now resolved with Brand Registry Support providing instructions on how to do the relevant file upload. Have you since followed those instructions?
