Opening a Seller account
I am facing lots of issues with Amazon seller account, sending the same verification email for 6 times in last 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden received an email from Amazon UK payments saying my details have not been verified therefore I am unable to sell on Amazon.
This was a shock as my business Natwest bank account was verified by Amazon at least twice, and it still says “verified” in my seller central account.
Since no reason for rejection has been mentioned and there is no way contact the payment team.
Have got in touch with “account health” team they were also unable to help in this matter. I guess as there is no avenue to raise my concern and rectify the issue , if there is any my journey of selling has already ended before it started.
Can any one help in this matter , what shall I do? How can I contact someone in Amazon Uk help who can help? There are no contact points for Amazon seller help
