I have been trying to contact amazon seller team regarding the pickup issue. There is no response from the team and pickup was very late. My orders get cancelled and charges raised against the order cancellation. Amazon is charging from the seller for pickup team late issue.

Amazon has no control over is agents we bear the loss in business and the seller support fails to solve a daily problems regarding miss pickups, in our place 843109 pin and 843128 failed to provide services very poor agents and staff I suffered right from beginning last 1.5 months today 12 order are not pick up bye the attitude of one pickup agent name is Mr Pritam kr Tiwari , this guy is most poorest staff in this hub which is located in kanti near govt hospital muzaffarpur . so please if any of amazon responsible official got my massage than help me to can pickup dealer ..please change my pickup dealers. ecomex is most poorest one in amazon i got experience 3rd party courier patner
