Amazon "call me now" hangs up each time I call. It doesn't even allow discussion. 6 weeks now.

Does anyone have this problem?

Each time I call Seller Support, it connects me and then immediately disconnects and writes, "Your call has ended. If you need to speak to us again, please request another call."

I can only use the "call me now" feature if I use a different cell phone. I borrowed 3 cell phones to try it. They all work on my IP. But not my business phone, which used to work fine, until Aug. 16. It's now Sep. 26.

I created an case Aug. 16. I answered multiple Seller Support representaive questions through many email exchanges. They finally tried to say nothing was wrong, but obviously if my business phone number suddenly stops being accepted by Amazon's "call me now", something is wrong. So now twice a week, Seller Support sends me the same email that writes, "Thanks for your continued patience. We are currently researching your issue in partnership with the responsible team. We'll provide an update as soon as any additional information is available."

That's it. No resolve. Anyone experience this before?

Most likely means you use it too much and they have locked that number.

get a google voice number and use that.

your business number may be flagged as spam.
