Why so many shipments missing all inventory????

I just checked my shipment log and there are a handful of shipments where zero items were located in the box. How is this remotely possible? I paid for shipping and would not have sent in an empty box. This is so frustrating and will cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I have never had a single issue with my shipments, and I'm extremely OCD. Has this happened to anyone else?

We get "Empty" boxes and we get boxes with double the amount, which is physically impossible. We've been battling this for years and years, and it seems someone is punching a wrong button on their counter at the warehouse. I guarantee if you get an empty box, mysteriously a month after you send in more of the same thing, they will find your box mysteriously has too many in it by the exact amount the first box was allegedly missing. And it doesn't have to be the NEXT shipment. It's kind of like they're auto-balancing the inventory. Allegedly Amazon has people in each warehouse who do nothing but do inventory counts.

Hi @Seller_jmmslh3O9tzsO, thank you for posting! I know that this process can be extremely frustrating. From your post, it sounds like you are following labeling and packing requirements, which is always a good place to start on the seller end. If you have not done so already, open a case to investigate your shipment. If there are any shipments you would like me to take another look at, let me know!
