I already offer prime discount for prime users, I want to offer more for prime days,

I want to know that when I create discount for prime day how does it work for my customers, which dicount they can use, or both at the same time? It is important for me because if they can use both discounts it will be huge lose for me :)

Is it also the same for prime discount and normal coupons?
