Issue with new FBA listing of existing ASIN with Customization option
Hey everyone,
Im having an issue with a new FBA listing I just created and was ondering if anyone has seen something like this before and can help me out.
I have an existing listing – ASIN B09J1DLQG5 which we sell with customization options. We are now making this ASIN FBA but with no customization. So I created a new listing for that ASIN which is FNSKUX003TOXL8X which will now be an FBA product.
But when I go see the listing there is an error with the customization for the new FNSKU and will not allow the product to be added to the cart.
When I then try to remove the customization to the original ASIN B09J1DLQG5 it gives me this error. You have multiple offers on this product. In order to customize this listing, delete any duplicate offers.
Any idea where I went wrong and how it can be fixed? Ive already sent inventory to Amazon for FBA on FNSKU X003TOXL8X so I don’t want to risk deleting anything and our inventory gets lost.
Any thoughts?

Thank you for reaching out. Due to how customization works, ASINs with customization cannot properly be sold via Fulfillment by Amazon. You can review this here.
It is recommended that you create a Removal Order for this inventory and create a new listing for these non-customized versions of this product. Thank you for your understanding. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
