Copyright Image Misuse (Pokémon) Complete nonsense but i need help

I got a Copyright Image Misuse for Pokémon. It was probably just something a bot decided to pick on me for (It's a suspected IP violation). Here's the issues I'm having:

I was told that if i update the ASIN with my own photos, the strike would be removed. So i did, and was told i need to make sure the resolution is at least 1600 pixels, then i fixed it and was told i need to get permission from Pokemon to use their photos. The point here is it doesn't seem like anyone knows what they're talking about. I need guidance.

I did not create the listing, and since i did not create the listing i could not update any pictures even if i thought to do so. Then there's the fact that i am allowed to sell Pokémon products as i buy them from an authorized Pokemon distributor. I uploaded my invoice and all that.

Why am i being penalized for using an ASIN that i'm allowed to use? If i were to try and create an ASIN using that UPC, i wouldn't be able to because it already exists, so i HAVE TO use that ASIN. It should be Amazon's fault for allowing this picture that supposedly infringes on Pokemon's rights and not mine... it makes just as much sense because i am not the one who created the listing, and neither are they. By the way the image is STILL BEING USED on that ASIN. It makes Noooooo sense!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this really the way it is? It makes no sense. Regardless, i definitely need some help... i'm getting nowhere with amazon seller central staff as usual

I see that you are facing issues with getting a copyright image misuse violation resolved from your account. I understand that the lack of clarity here is causing you confusion and frustration for you so I am here to help.

So that I check on the details of this can you please provide me with the affected ASIN and a case log ID from your account? This way, I can check on what the issue is and what is required for you to get this resolved.

I am looking forward to your response so I can take a look. I hope you have a great rest of the day.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
