No Response from Seller Reactivation Team for 60 days– Request for Immediate Action
Dear Amazon Team;
Approximately 60 days ago, I completed my Video Call verification, during which my funds in Canada and Mexico were released. However, there has been no progress regarding my funds in the USA.I have submitted all the required documents to seller-reactivation-appeals@amazon.com 3 times for the reactivation and funds of my US account as requested with Performance Notifications..
I haven't gotten any response because of my repeated phone calls, multiple case submissions, and several follow-up emails. .This situation has caused significant financial hardship. I have been dealing with this issue for almost a year now:
• My account remains suspended, preventing me from accessing my inventory or making sales.
• Despite the unresolved issue, approximately $3,000 is being unfairly deducted from my monthly account as an FBA inventory storage fee.
• Neither my inventory nor my funds have been returned to me.
Requested Actions:
• Immediate suspension of FBA inventory storage charges until the issue is resolved. • A full refund of the unfairly deducted fees. • Expedited resolution of my account and fund release. I request urgent action and a clear response regarding this issue.
Please escalate this matter and provide me with a solution soon.
