Was Amazon testing credit card or a scam???
very strange … woke up to bank telling me they canceled my card (replacing) due to suspected fraud on Amazon. 6 $0 transactions in 4 countries…. 2 small “purchases “ and 2 $0 additional posts in USA .
No pending or purchased on my buying account to explain the purchases….
Of course I changed all passwords for Amazon and the replacement card being sent ….
But if this was Amazon…. TELL SOMEONE IF YOU ARE DOING THIS…. YOU GOT MY CREDIT CARD CANCELED…. And of course had to change all autopay sites I use that card for….
Anyone else have this happen.??

It was scammers trying your card information to see if it would work for bigger purchases. Happens all the time, they try a small amount to see if they get caught or the card holder is alerted before making bigger purchases.
