Bad customer service in INDIA
have big disappoitment with Amazon Account Health Support customer service on thephone( 2 times ) . I really need to talk to someone originally based in USA please. I was very disapointed and hurtful with talking to Amazon associates in country INDIA. Those guys talked to be with racism and rude. I am based in America for last 24 years and I consider myself American regardless my origin country and religious faith. These 2 Amazon associate talked to me and dealt it with calling my origin country on the phone rudley. I work hard in America for my family . The USA is Equal oppurtunity and great for all the race and faith.
The last call with Amazon associate in INDIA ,this man told me that my account was deactivated and not resolved because first he said about the Authenticity of my products from stanley so I replied him that the product was bought by me with my credit card from direct the brand website so then he said that because of my third party prep was not reliable so I replied him that that prep was my family and friend . Then he said he and his team still believed that the prep has something to do with Authenticity of the items . I told him that FBA and my customers had no issue and complain about the items so how come your team suspected about the item and third party prep?? I bought the products from the Brand with my credit card and invoice and I had already provided the proof to Amazon. so Now I lost the trust with Amazon asscoiate back in INDIA . They are really hurting the American busineess and Amazon sellers . I want a USA Amazon customer service to call or email me and resolve my case, Thanks.

Support is bad. They talk down to you. They are ignorant. The biggest concern is that they will not tell you the root cause of the problem. They most likely do not know why.
Please know that buying from the brand is not proof of authenticity. Those sales are retail and not meant to be resold.
You need a wholesale invoice and approval from the brand to resell their products.

The same thing is happening to me with customer service in India. They are telling me that my invoices are not valid because the name on the invoice is different that my storefront name. The invoices are made to my company's tax exempt LLC, the same legal register business on Amazon. The storefront name has nothing to do with the legal register entity and the guys in India should know that.
Are you able to escalate your case to the US??
