Hello again. I took a quick look into your account and it looks like we are still waiting on you to provide tax information and update your charge method as well.
You can follow the direction for doing so by going to your 'Account Info' page by selecting the settings/gear icon in the upper right hand side of Seller Central and following the red text prompts.
This link provides you with some information for why your credit/debit card may be listed as invalid.
