No One From ATS is Coming To Pick Up The Orders

I am a quite new Seller on Amazon and hardly received 4 orders from which, 1 order No. 405-8231653-3765137 was not picked up by the ATS. Amazon Customer Care rescheduled it for two times, but the ATS guy did no heeds and finally, it was Auto Cancelled by Amazon and I was charged 144 Rs. as a cancellation fee. Though it was promised by Amazon team that they will reimburse the amount within 10 days, due to the negative balance, my BuyBox win went to 0 from 100% within 2 days. I took it as an isolated incident until the same thing starts happening with my other order no. 402-6840936-5031565 which I received on Friday 9th March. Again, no one from ATS came to pick up my order on Monday slot which was 01-4 PM, and it was again rescheduled by customer care of Amazon 2 time and by today evening, again it will be cancelled automatically.

The customer care of Amazon is no help as according to them, they can only highlight the complaints to delivery partner ATS and have no other option to contact them. My account will again go into negative and Amazon will again charge 144Rs. from me which will again take 10 days to be waived off. That mean, for the next 20 days, I will not receive a single BuyBox and won’t be able to run an ad campaign which will ultimately result in loss of sale. Is anyone else is also facing the same issue with ATS in Delhi or anywhere else?
